BAPTISM: The sacrament of Baptism ushers us into the divine life, cleanses us from sin and initiates us as members of the Christian community. It is the foundation for the sacramental life.
DOCUMENTS:
Marriage Certificate of Parents (Xerox).
Government issued Child's Birth Certificate (Xerox).
Parish Family Membership Record. (Xerox of church support payment page).
God parent's Parish Priest's Letter (if they are from outside our Parish).
PROCEDURES:
The Parents ought to fill the Baptism Form two weeks prior to the date of Baptism.
Parents and God parents must attend 'Pre-Baptism catechism' on the day and time decided by the Parish Priest.
God Parents should be practicing Catholics & aged above 16, Married in the catholic Church (if Married...).
Collect Envelope: "My Gift to the Church." To be offered on the day of Baptism.
HOLY COMMUNION: The liturgical life of the Church revolves around the sacraments with the Eucharist at the center.

READINESS STANDARDS:
Children must:
Be in Class 3 to register for the First communion Catechism Class.
Must be registered in the Parish & attend Sunday Mass each week.
Must commit to continuing Religious Education following reception of First Holy Communion.
Each child should maintain an attendance card.
CONFIRMATION: At Confirmation we receive the Gifts of the Holy Spirit and confirm our Baptismal Promises.

Baptism & First Holy Communion. Certificates.
Admission Form (Rs 50/=).
Photograph.
Parish Family Membership Record. (Xerox of church support payment page).
READINESS STANDARDS:
Children must:
Be in Class 8 to register for the Confirmation Catechism Class.
Must be registered in the Parish & attend Sunday Mass each week.
Must commit to continuing Religious Education following reception of Confirmation.
Each child should maintain an attendance card.
HOLY MATRIMONY: The Sacrament of Marriage is a visible sign of God's Love for the church. It signifies the union of Christ and the church.
DOCUMENTS:
Baptism & Confirmation Certificates of both the partners issued not earlier than 3 months.
Parish and home address of the spouse.
If the bride/bridegroom belongs to another parish, then furnish a letter certifying the fact from the Parish Priest before and after Publication of Banns.
Marriage Preparation Course certificate.
Parish Family Membership Record. (Xerox of church support payment page).
Parents' No objection Letter.
HIV Spot Blood test report.
Two Passport-size photos.
PROCEDURES:
Legal Age For Marriage: Boys 21 years & Girls 18 years
Both the partners should be aware of all the basic Catholic Prayers and are Practicing Catholics.
Attend Marriage Preparation Course.
Meet the Parish Priest 3 months in advance.
Fix a date for Pre-Nuptial Enquiry & Oath of Free State Form Filling (Form Fees Rs. 500/-each).
Parents and Two Catholic witnesses other than Family members should come along for the PNE from Filling.
The Marriage invitation card can be printed ONLY after fulfilling all the above requirements.
Decorations in the church need to be discussed & pre-decided with the Parish Priest.
Wedding Mass and other Love offerings to the Church is decided by the Parties.
The charge for the use of Video Cameras and Still Cameras and the rules to be followed has to be discussed with the priest in advance.
CARE OF THE SICK/HOME-BOUND
→ Communion for the Sick: On every First Friday/Saturday of the month. Area Leader informs the Priest.
Sick Calls in Anytime: Family Members to make arrangements for the Priest's Pickup & Drop.
DEATH & BURIAL:
Parish Family Membership Card (Xerox of church support payment page).
Doctor's & Municipal Death Certificate. (Xerox copy).
Death Pass from PMC.
Confirm your plans and time with the priest clearly in Advance.
Make arrangements for the Priest's Pickup & Drop.
OTHER IN FORMATIONS:
1. Various Certificates from the Church: Rs. 30/-each.
2. Transfer from/to a new parish needs a Recommendation
letter of the Parish Priest.
3. Parish Membership Form for new members requires the Baptism & Marriage certificate to be attached.
4. Church Support Fee is minimum Rs. 150/- per family per month. Preferably 1/10 of the Gross income of all working members of the family. (Tithing for the Lord).
5. Mass Intention Fees Rs 100/- (Amount is subjected to change).
6. No Private Masses in Private Homes
